What we collect

• When we contact a firm: the firm's name and website, business contact details published on that website, in public business directories or supplied by business data providers, and our notes from reviewing that public website.
• When you write to us or work with us: what you send us and our replies.
• On this website: no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, such as IP address, time and page requested, for security.

Why we use it

To contact firms about services related to their published work, to answer messages, and to deliver work we have agreed. Our emails contain no open or click tracking.

Stopping our emails

Use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply with the word stop. You are removed straight away. We keep your address on a do not contact list only so that you are never contacted again.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use service providers to send and receive email, host this website and store our records. They process it only on our behalf, and some of them may do so outside the UAE.

How long we keep it

Only as long as it is needed for the reasons above, then it is deleted. The do not contact list is kept for as long as we send email.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
